Starting on August 30th, the Flourish! Women’s Return to Work program offers a fantastic opportunity for women to think about what they want when they return to work.
Flourish! supports local women to recognise their skills, strengths, and interests. This program helps women to build confidence and reconnect with the workforce by exploring careers they’re interested in, developing a plan for achieving their goals, and connecting with mentors and industry networks.
Participants from Round 1 of this program say they’ve gained more insight and direction for their learning and career paths; they’ve built confidence and connection with other women and can see a pathway and feel encouraged and supported to explore, research and plan their career.
Strategic Career Management is delighted to be delivering high-quality, holistic, career development programs to women in the Rockingham area, with the support of key partners, the University of Western Australia, Women in Technology WA (WiTWA), Rockingham Kwinana Chamber of Commerce, and Montessori Rockingham School.
This 8 week program is fully funded through the National Careers Institute Round 3 Grants program. It is completely free to attend but registrations are essential.
