On Saturday 28th November, Foodbank Peel will be hosting its first Christmas Donation Drive-Thru to provide an easy way for people to donate food for families in need this Christmas!

Last year, Foodbank WA received more than 25 tonnes of community food donations in the lead up to Christmas, so the drive-thru provides a COVID safe way for people to donate in support of their local branch this year.

Last financial year, Foodbank WA provided over 6.4 million meals to over 900 charities and schools throughout WA. It is estimated that they will provide over 1 million meals this festive season, which is made possible by food and financial donations.

Foodbank Peel’s drive thru will be held between 10am-2pm on Saturday 28 November at 1, 68 Reserve Dr, Mandurah

The organisation is currently seeking supplies of the following:
• UHT Custard
• Christmas Puddings/Mince Pies
• Spreads
• Tinned Meat/Hams
• Canned Fish
• Canned Fruit
• Tea and Coffee
• Breakfast Bars
• Gravy Sauce/Powders
• Christmas Crackers
• Plus, all non-perishable items not past their expiry date
