These September school holidays, join the City of Rockingham for a series of fun parent and child cooking classes!
Each parent/carer will work as a team to create (and eat) a range of healthy snacks and meals. All recipes are provided and guided by a certified nutritionist.

Involving children in everyday activities such as cooking is important and leads to strong developmental skills including, but not limited to fine motor skills, reading, communication and basic maths skills.

And two sessions for preschoolers (ages 3 - 5 years) on Tuesday 6 October.
- Session One: 10am - 12pm
- Session Two: 2pm - 4pm
