The Rockingham Youth Centre is hosting a Mental Health First Aid course.
Young people aged between 18 and 24 are invited to come along to the course and become accredited Mental Health First Aiders.
This free course will teach young people the knowledge and skills they need to offer first aid for mental health problems and help individuals put together action plans for further support.
Starting at 8.30 AM and running Saturday, August 22nd, and Sunday, August 23rd, this free event is a great opportunity for youth to learn more about mental health.
Registrations are essential, so register via youthcentre@rockingham.wa.gov.au.
