Moments with Meditation
Multiple dates from Friday, February 15th to Friday, April 12th
Every Friday from the 15th of February until the 12th of April you can enjoy soothing meditation sessions at the Rockingham Central Library. You can learn the art of breathing techniques which will help with stress and leave you feeling refreshed. No experience is required.
Sessions will run for eight weeks.
Bookings are essential and participants are expected to commit for the full eight-week block.
