Port Bouvard Carols is back for 2018 and this year they are celebrating and sharing the immeasurable love of Jesus!
Held on Sunday 16th December 2018 from 5pm onwards, this one-evening extravaganza features a fabulous line-up of live entertainment, interactive activities for the whole family, and our 7pm main highlight... Community Carols that everyone will love singing along to.
Come along to the lawns located between Batavia Ave and Crowsnest Tce and spend some fun-filled hours enjoying entertainment for the young and young at heart. With plenty on offer, you are sure to love the vibrant community atmosphere! The little ones will love singing and dancing in our toddler jam shows, riding on the tractor train or jumping on the bouncy castle. Even the teens have a dedicated area to chill out and hang with their mates!
Afterwards, lay down a pinic rug or lawn chairs and enjoy this beautiful location on lush grassy slopes as the sun sets. You can bring along your own pinic basket or if you prefer to avoid washing up, check out one or more of the gourmet local food trucks on offer. There will be a wide variety of food options available to suit all dietary requirements and foodies.
As you witness the brilliant hues of the setting sun, your ears will be filled with the sweet, joyful voices of the A Flatters (Falcon Primary School Choir). Then, as the night sky begins to twinkle the main event will commence. Sing along to all your favourite Carols and enjoy the Christmas story retold at Port Bouvard Carols.
With sunny days expected and Christmas around the corner, hundreds of people are expected to flock to the Batavia Ave lawns and sing along to favorites like: Silent Night, Joy to the World, O Holy Night and our newest carol O Glorious Night.
Port Bouvard Carols promises to be an unmissable family day out and best of all, entry is FREE!
