This eight-week course is for men who are concerned their angry actions & words that are hurting themselves & others.
The participants learn what attitudes, thoughts and beliefs take them down the path of anger and they will develop new skills to help them avoid the harmful effects of anger.
This course does not address the behaviours associated with domestic violence.
Participants are encouraged to learn what attitudes, thoughts and beliefs take them down the path of anger. Through weekly practice and group interaction, participants are given the opportunity to develop new skills to help them avoid the harmful effects of anger.
