Refresh your wardrobe for free at the Thrift School on Friday, August 26th!
Head to the Murray Library between 10 AM and 12 PM for a workshop about sustainable fashion, the value of thrifting, and some tips and tricks for successful second-hand shopping.
Following the workshop, there will be a clothes swap; so take along any unwanted items from your wardrobe that are in a good and clean condition to participate. All types of clothing will be accepted and you can either bring it along on the day or drop it off at the library prior.
This session is aimed at women’s fashion, but attendees are welcome to bring along kids and menswear items. Any leftover items will be donated to local thrift stores.
