'Oh no, he hasn't!'
Monty Python star Terry Jones has died at the age of 77.
The actor and comedian, who had a rare form of dementia, directed some of the comedy troupe’s most-loved works, including Life of Brian
He appeared in the TV series Monty Python’s Flying Circus in a variety of characters and was known for his performances in drag.
His family released a statement saying, ‘We have all lost a kind, funny, warm, creative and truly loving man, who’s extraordinary humour has given pleasure to millions across six decades.”
And the Monty Python crew left a cheeky sign off message to their partner in humour, saying, "Farewell dear Terry J (1 Feb 1942 - 21 Jan 2020). Two down, four to go. Love Terry G, Mike, John & Eric.
Vale Terry Jones!
