Grammy Award nominations for 2022 are out

And this time, The Weeknd wasn't snubbed.

The Grammy Award Nominations are out for 2022, and this time The Weeknd has been included, but now he doesn’t want to be!!

If you remember, he was completely snubbed at last year’s award ceremony for his album After Hours, after they dropped him from performing at the show, because he was also offered the Superbowl halftime show.

And then he received zero nominations.

Which is ludicrous, as his massive song Blinding Lights went on to become the song of the year through the Billboard Charts and has now been named Billboard's Song of All Time!!

At the time, Abel (The Weeknd) called them out for being corrupt – and demanded transparency.

This year – the Academy nominated him for three awards including his collaboration with Kanye West, and also Doja Cat.

So, who else was nominated?

Billie Eilish, Doja Cat, H.E.R., and Olivia Rodrigo are among the top nominees this year, while jazz R&B musician Jon Batiste scored a leading 11 nominations.

But of course, there were snubs, and this year, those went to Lorde, Drake, Miley Cyrus, and KPOP sensation BTS

The 64th Grammy Awards is set to air in LA on January 31, 2022.
