This year's Emmy Awards were on fire... literally.

The one where Jennifer Aniston puts out the fire.

The 72nd Prime Time Emmy Awards were on in LA on Sunday night, celebrating the best TV series for the season - this year, virtually hosted by Jimmy Kimmel.

A special shout out to solo audience member Jason Bateman.

Jennifer Aniston helped Jimmy out with presenting an award, then things got out of hand and JenAn basically saved the Emmys.

Despite five Aussies being nominated - Hugh Jackman, Cate Blanchett, Toni Collette and Sarah Snook all missed out on snagging an Emmy.
As did Aussie screen writer, Tony McNamara.

In the drama category, Succession won overall best drama series, with Regina King, Zendaya and Mark Ruffalo winning big acting awards.

The superhero series Watchmen picked up an impressive 11 Emmys.

Cult comedy series Schitt’s Creek totally swept the comedy section of Emmy Awards, picking up nine awards – including Catherine O’Hara for lead actress and co-star Eugene Levy taking out outstanding lead actor - breaking the Emmys record for most wins in a single comedy.

And then we patched back in with JenAn who was home chilling with her 'Friends.'
