Magic come up short after overtime

Mandurah Magic have run the Joondalup Wolves to overtime to only fall short in the dying stages 110-104.

Magic burst out of the blocks taking a five-point lead into the opening break and a four-point lead into half time.

Cracks started to emerge in the second half as the Wolves got on top of the scoreboard including a big 20-15 final quarter to level the game up.

The Wolves were better in the clutch moments in overtime, running out the clash a lot stronger than the Magic.

Jerami Grace scored 25-points for the Magic while Fred Williams also found the scoreboard contributing with 21-points.

It's been win, loss, win, loss for the Magic over the past four matches leaving them in seventh position and a match up against the top of the table Stirling Senators next up.
