Mariners maintain top spot

Rockingham-Mandurah remain on top of the WA Premier Cricket ladder defeating Fremantle by 77-runs.

The Mariners made 199 on the first day, Aaron Burrage top scoring (66) and Tyler Robertson (47) also contributed. 

Fremantle lost an early wicket in the chase when Adam France struck before Brandon Jacobs and Craig Simmons picked up more wickets. 

Simmons finished with four scalps and Jacobs three as the Mariners knocked over Fremantle for 122. 

The home side batted a second time and were 4/87 at the close.
