Mariners set chase for Scarborough

Wicketkeeper James Bracey has scored 87 to help Rockingham-Mandurah to 248 on the opening day of their clash against Scarborough.

The Mariners won the toss and chose to bat first with Tyler Robertson and Vince Poller opening up with a 46-run stand. 

Poller was the second top scorer with 35 while debutant Brandon Jacobs reached 30. 

At stumps Scarborough were 0/8 facing just three overs before the end of the day's play.
