Melbourne hit back in game two

The Wildcats have let slip the opening game lead of the NBL finals series smashed by Melbourne 92-74 in game two.

Six players reached double figures for United dominating Perth across the board.

Bryce Cotton was the best for the Cats with 19-points while Nick Kay had eight rebounds.

Coach Trevor Gleeson said it was a disappointing second half.

"I don't think we had enough desire to get the ball. To beat Melbourne in Melbourne you need to have that." Gleeson said.

Game three is back in Perth on Friday night.
