Singleton Irwinians will go head to head with Halls Head in the Peel Cricket Association final.
Brad Ranford posted 60 and Anthony Burt 44 for Singleton as they reached a total of 9/225 on Saturday against Halls Head.
At 1/86 Halls Head looked on target before slumping losing 9/94 to be all out for 180 and Singleton cruising to a place in the grand final.
In the other match three run outs cost South Mandurah against Waroona as the Falcons were skittled for 111.
Waroona strolled to the total to setup a Sunday preliminary final encounter against Halls Head.
Halls Head batted first on Sunday and didn't have it all their own way bowled out for 111 thanks to four wickets from Waroona's Daniel Abel.
In the chase Waroona lost two early wickets to be on the back foot 2/16 before steadying.
Jake Wyllie set the game alight claiming three quick wickets, Waroona losing 4/2 to be in a spot of bother at 6/74.
In set up a thrilling finish but it wasn't to be for Waroona losing their last wicket four runs short of the total all out for 108.
