Hosted by Mandurah Swimming Club, join us for an inspiring day designed to educate, empower and support the next generation of female swimmers.

this unique event is open to girls aged 11–17 years and combines practical learning with personal development both in and out of the pool.
Participants will enjoy a Technical Swim Clinic, along with interactive sessions covering Sports Nutrition & Recovery, Sports Psychology, Injury Prevention & Prehabilitation, plus an inspiring Guest Speaker sharing their sporting journey.
