Broadway's biggest stars gathered in New York for the 79th Tony Awards, with TV musical Schmigadoon! winning Best Musical, and Death of a Salesman owning the night, taking home six awards including Best Revival of a Play.

Amazon MGM is bringing the classic 1980s cartoon Jem and the Holograms back as a live-action series.
The original show followed Jerrica Benton, who transformed into rock star Jem and fronted a band packed with catchy songs, colourful fashion and plenty of drama. No casting details have been announced yet, but fans are already excited to see the iconic animated series get a modern makeover.

The new eight-episode series will follow Shaggy, Daphne, Velma and Fred as they first meet at summer camp and become caught up in a spooky mystery involving a lost Great Dane puppy.
In a franchise first, Scooby-Doo will be played by a real Great Dane rather than CGI, with filming already underway ahead of a 2027 release.
