Some big news for Aussie music fans... Daryl Braithwaite has announced he's retiring from live performances after an incredible 58-year career.
The 76-year-old shared the news on social media, saying ongoing physical challenges have made it increasingly difficult to sing comfortably, and that performing no longer brings him the joy it once did.
From his days with Sherbet to solo hits like The Horses and One Summer, Daryl has been part of the soundtrack to Australian life for decades.
He's thanked fans for their support, with the announcement prompting an outpouring of love from across the music industry.
