This Saturday 27th February, Waitangi Day in Mandurah is on!

Waitangi Day In Mandurah is hosted by Wairua Tipuna Indigenous Performing Arts Group and is a celebration of New Zealand culture with traditional dance, performance, food and market stalls!

There will be Marshalls on duty to ensure distancing is adhered to and queueing doesn't get out of hand.
They would like to thank the City of Mandurah for working together with them to make this event possible!

The event will commence on the Eastern Foreshore, Mandurah Terrace at 9am with opening by Reverend Mere Rukuata and welcome to country by George Wally. There will also be special guests The 5th Battalion WWC in attendance who are celebrating their reunion which coincides withe the Reunion in NZ on the same day.

COVID-19 Distancing will be in place.
