The 2023 Telethon home in Madora Bay has sold for $900,000.
Donated by Home Group and Satterley, the modern four-bedroom, two-bedroom home is located on a 450sqm block on Swiftshire Road in the Seaside Estate.
The slab went down in March with the home completed in September, ready for the Telethon weekend on October 21 and 22.
The house sold for $900,000 with 100 per cent of the proceeds donated to Telethon.
During Sunday night's announcement, Satterley and Home Group, donated an extra $100,000.
The 26-hour event saw a record $77.5 million raised for Telethon.
