Cockburn Police are investigating several incidents that occurred in Success on Monday, 1 April 2019.
It was reported to police that at around 5pm a group of (mostly) juveniles had caused a disturbance outside the Beeliar Drive shopping precinct.
The group then moved to a fast food store and attempted to steal property from the store and several customers.
They then made their way to another nearby business premises where further people were assaulted.
Seven juvenile females were arrested and taken to the Cockburn Police Station.
Nine victims have been identified at this stage.
Inquiries are continuing.
