A house has been gutted by fire south of Mandurah.
More than 30 firefighters were called to the property on Reading Place in Birchmont around 2.30am on Sunday.
The house was completely destroyed in the blaze.
Luckily, no one was injured.
The damage bill has been put at $300,000.
The cause is unknown.
