Fire has damaged a home in Lakelands.
Emergency services were called to the property on Payanna Grange about 4.30am on Friday after reports the garage was on fire.
Firefighters were able to extinguish the blaze by 5.20am.
It is understood two occupants were inside the home at the time but managed to escape uninjured.
A DFES spokesperson said the cause has been deemed accidental due to an electrical fault in a powerboard.
