A beloved life-sized cow statue has been stolen from the Waroona Visitor Centre.
Visit Waroona says 'Mooriel' was last seen loaded onto a ute heading north on the South Western Highway between 5.30pm and 6pm on Friday.
The ute was also sighted again in the Pinjarra Junction carpark near the Dome around 5.45pm, with the cow, which was wearing a rainbow dress, hidden under a tarp.
"We've got a "moos"-terious situation on our hands. Our beloved Mooriel the cow has gone missing from the Waroona Visitor Centre!," Visit Waroona posted to social media.
"We "udder-ly" adore Mooriel and really want her back safely and soundly. No bull about it!
"So, if you've "herd" anything about her whereabouts, please, reach out to us ASAP."
Visit Waroona are asking locals to check their CCTV and dashcam footage for any sign of the missing cow.
