Police are hunting a man who threatened staff with a knife during a terrifying armed robbery at a Falcon fast-food outlet.
The man entered the store on Old Coast Road about 8.45pm on Thursday, September 17 and demanded cash from the till.
Staff handed the man a sum of cash before fleeing on foot.
The offender is described as fair-skinned, of medium build, and about 40 years of age.
He was wearing blue jeans, a red and black checked shirt, black rubber thongs, a grey baseball cap with a black logo on the front, and a full-face mask featuring an American flag and skull design.
Rapid Apprehension Squad detectives urge anyone with information relating to this incident, or who saw a man matching the description in the area around the time of the robbery, to contact Crime Stoppers.
