Homicide Squad detectives have charged a second man with murder, following the investigation into the death of Dinh Lam Nguyen.
The charge follows the discovery of the 51-year-old's body on January 25, which was found partially submerged in a wheelie bin in Glen Brook Dam in Hovea.
The second man, a 30-year-old from Greenmount, was arrested yesterday.
He was refused bail and is due to appear in the Perth Magistrates Court today.
Todd Nathan Kiernan, 28, was the first man to be charged with Mr Nguyen‘s murder.
