Detectives from the Special Crime Squad are urgently looking for a 49-year-old man believed to be in the Rockingham or Mandurah area.
Russell Taylor is wanted for questioning over a "current investigation".
He is described as about 175cms tall with a medium build, a long grey beard and is bald.
Members of the public are advised not to approach Mr Taylor if they see him but to call police.
If he is sighted, members of the public should contact police immediately on 131 444 and are advised not to approach him.
