Two boys aged 13 and 14 have been cautioned and another charged over an alleged shocking attack on a man in a car park in Falcon.
The 25-year-old victim allegedly confronted a group of teenagers about their anti-social behaviour outside Hungry Jacks about 4.30pm on Monday, August 31.
An altercation then allegedly broke out with one of the boys allegedly throwing a rock at the young father's head, knocking him unconscious.
Footage of the alleged incident shows the victim fall to the ground before he begins to have a seizure.
He was rushed to Peel Health Campus by ambulance after suffering a broken nose, fractured cheekbone, chipped teeth and a concussion.
The victim's mother Shandelle Pomfret said she was shocked after viewing the footage.
"Makes any mum sick doesn't it, no one wants to see anyone get injured in that way, it was pretty horrific the way he hits the ground," Ms Pomfret told 9NEWS.
"I think what affected me the most was watching him have a seizure, he's never had a seizure in his life."
Ms Pomfret thanked bystanders who ran to her son's aid.
"I can't thank the community enough, they came together, they rushed over, they assisted...we need more of that," she said.
"These kids need to be aware that this isn't a game...you might have gone there for your 10 minutes of fun but now you've created a whole whirlwind of trouble."
A 14-year-old boy from Falcon has been charged with assault occasioning bodily harm and is due to appear in the Mandurah Children's Court on September 14.
Two other boys aged 13 and 14 were issued juvenile cautions.
