Koalas have fingerprints that are remarkably similar to ours!
Yep... their fingertips have ridges and swirls, just like human fingerprints, and in some cases they’re so similar they can be difficult to tell apart!
Scientists believe their fingerprints help koalas grip smooth eucalyptus leaves and branches.
So there you go… proof that even koalas have something in common with us, besides loving a good nap!
