Sad news from the ’80s music world... Naked Eyes frontman Peter Byrne has died aged 74, following a brief illness.
Byrne was the voice behind the band’s huge hit “Always Something There to Remind Me”, which reached the Top 10 in Australia, the US and Canada.
Naked Eyes also gave us “Promises, Promises” and “When the Lights Go Out”, becoming a big part of that classic ’80s synth-pop sound.
Vale, Peter Byrne.
