Blossom Holiday Session: Candle Painting

The Blossom Holiday Session is a special school holiday edition of our popular Young Women’s Program, offered to young women aged 12-17 in the Shire of Murray. While Blossom is usually delivered during school terms, this holiday session gives participants a unique chance to experience the program in a fun, creative, and supportive environment.

This session features a Candle Painting Workshop, where participants can unwind, get creative, and design their own beautifully painted candle to take home. It’s a relaxing, hands-on activity that encourages self-expression, mindfulness, and confidence — all key elements of the Blossom experience.

Led by our friendly and experienced MYFY team, together with the Murray Library, the workshop offers space for connection, conversation, and building positive friendships. Whether participants are returning Blossom attendees or trying the program for the first time, this session is designed to inspire, uplift, and spark creativity.

This is a FREE event for young people aged 12–17. Priority will be given to those who live or study in the Shire of Murray.
