Join the City of Rockingham for Ride for Resilience, a vibrant community event as part of WA Bike Month and Mental Health Week. Whether you're a seasoned rider or new to cycling, this event is all about encouraging physical activity, supporting mental wellbeing, and community spirit.
What’s on:
• Free bike maintenance pop-up course – learn to keep your bike in top shape
• Free trishaw bike rides
• Free barista-made coffee and burgers for the first 200 attendees
• Bike Decorating Contest
• Chance to win a brand-new bike worth $600 and free private bike lesson voucher worth $250
Accessibility:
• Wheelchair-accessible event layout with marquees along paved paths
• Universally Accessible Toilet (UAT) on site
• ACROD parking bays available nearby
• Modified cycling options
Transport and parking:
• Attendees are encouraged to cycle or commute to the event to support active transport.
• Closest bus stops on Council Avenue and Read Street.
• Parking available at Chalgrove Avenue, Humphries Street and Ako Lane.
