This Saturday 2nd July, The City of Mandurah are launching their Seed Library at Lakelands Library and Community Centre!

The Seed Library is a collection of free seeds that you can use to plant, grow & enjoy at home. All you need is to be a member of a City of Mandurah Library!
If you're just beginning to get your edible garden started or have been growing your garden for years, the Seed Library welcomes everyone!

Join them as they launch the brand new Seed Library at Lakelands Library with one of Australia’s most popular gardening experts, special guest Sabrina Hahn! Don’t miss this opportunity to get inspired and learn practical tip & tricks on how to cultivate different seeds, seed facts and general gardening tips ending in a Q & A session!

The afternoons activities will include:
• Afternoon Tea provided
• View & borrow a from their new range of Gardening Books, or even purchase a signed copy of one of Sabrina Hahns gardening books
• Meet members from the Lakelands Community Gardens Group
• Children’s craft activities
• And of course, take some seeds! There will be a collection of local vegetable, herb and flower seeds available to Library members for free!

This is a free event, but registration is essential.
