This Friday 25th September South West Community Care will have a pop-up stall at the Australind Village Shopping Centre where they'll have staff members ready to answer an questions!

South West Community Care deliver home-based care to aged people from Waroona to Capel and everywhere in between, allowing our consumers to maintain their independence and dignity, and supporting them to live a fulfilled and happy life at home!

They have a range of options allowing the consumer to take control and choose the services that suit their individual circumstances.

SWCC take pride in a personalised approach, with service delivered by compassionate, caring staff who are able to help you with:
- Keeping the home clean and safe
- Maintaining lawns and gardens
- Preparing meals and ordering take home meals
- Personal care
- Transport to medical appointments
- Regular shopping and banking
- Joining social activities and outings
- Improve mobility
- Maintain community connections and in home nursing.

At our pop up stalls, they'll have knowledgeable staff to answer any questions you may have about home care. They'll also have some gift bags and a range of brochures available.
