On Tuesday 16th July, join Invisible Illnesses Incorporated for a Walk 'N' Talk event, where you can meet new friends and share experiences with others who understand the challenges of living with invisible illnesses.
Enjoy a peaceful walk in nature, designed to promote mental well-being and physical health while you learn about the resources available through Invisible Illnesses Inc.
Everyone is welcome! Whether you have an invisible illness or support someone who does, join us for this inclusive event.
Meeting Point: Blue Toilets opposite BP Waikiki Cnr Safety Bay Road, Malibu Rd, Safety Bay
Duration: Approximately 1 hour or as long as you can manage
What to Bring: Comfortable walking shoes, water bottle, and a positive attitude!
