Artists of all skill levels and mediums are invited to paint in this free event, as part of the 24TH International Plein Air Painters Worldwide Paint Out.

Bring your own paints and materials and join other outdoor painters as they capture the landscape and waterways around Mandjar Bay. Over this weekend, artists around the world will be simultaneously painting outdoors.
All ages are welcome and the public are invited to watch individual artists while they paint. Artists are encouraged to upload photos to #ipapgreatworldwidepaintout2026 and be part of this international plein air movement!

Following Saturday’s paint out, attendees are invited to the opening of the Spirit of the Landscape Art Exhibition at 2:30 PM inside the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre’s Alcoa Mandurah Art Gallery.
If you like plein air painting, you won’t want to miss Plein Air Down Under, the Peel Region’s annual outdoor painting festival which runs from 21 – 29 September 2026.
