Major Crash officers are investigating a fatal traffic crash that occurred in Mundaring yesterday, which resulted in the death of a 43-year-old man.
Around 3.20pm, a white 1999 model Subaru Liberty sedan was being driven in a northerly direction along Mundaring Weir Road. The driver lost control of the vehicle near Hall Road and the sedan left the road and rolled over, coming to rest on its roof.
The 43-year-old driver received critical injuries in the crash and died at the scene.
A 10-year-old boy who was a passenger in the vehicle received serious injuries and was conveyed by ambulance to the Perth Children’s Hospital.
