Three teenage boys have been charged over a series of alleged home burglaries and robberies across Perth.
About 12.30am on May 10, four people broke into a home on Robinson Avenue in Perth.
There were two occupants home at the time and the group fled when one of the occupants disturbed them.
Several items were stolen during the burglary.
Twenty minutes later, four people tried to break into a home on Brookman Street in Perth.
An occupant heard a noise at the front door and disturbed the group, who fled the scene.
A short time later, between 1.30am and 2.05am, four people broke into a home on Claisebrook Road in Perth.
The 91-year-old resident woke to find three of the group standing in the doorway of his bedroom.
One person allegedly threatened the man with a golf club and demanded money.
The alleged offenders fled the scene with cash and other stolen property.
Two 15-year-old boys and a 12-year-old boy have been charged with aggravated home burglary, stealing and aggravated armed robbery.
The 12-year-old boy allegedly spat at a police officer and acted in a disorderly manner while in custody.
He's further been charged with assaulting a public officer and behaving in a disorderly manner in a police station or lock-up.
