A woman has been charged over a crash outside Premier Mark McGowan's Rockingham home.
The woman crashed into a power pole around 8pm on Tuesday.
She was taken to Rockingham Hospital for assessment.
The 45-year-old Rockingham woman has been charged with exceeding 0.05g of alcohol per 100ml of blood.
She is due to appear in the Rockingham Magistrates Court December 21.
Police are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
