The body of missing man Nathan Scattini is believed to have been found overnight.
Police found a body just after 6pm last night in bushland near Mustang Road in Champion Lakes.
The 41-year-old rang for an ambulance on Monday and said he was bitten by a snake, but didn't know his location.
This sparked a two-day search which ended with the discovery of a body overnight.
Circumstances surrounding his death are not known at this stage.
A report will now be prepared for the coroner.
