A 13-year-old boy has spent the night in hospital after being hit by a car in Baldivis.
It's believed the boy was crossing Safety Bay Road near Baldivis Road on his scooter around 3pm on Monday when he was struck.
The driver stopped at the scene and is assisting police with their inquiries.
The boy was taken to Perth Children's Hospital where he's understood to have suffered a broken femur.
