Police are calling on witnesses to a crash on the Kwinana Freeway in Baldivis.
A maroon Honda ZR-V and a grey Mazda CX-5 collided on the freeway northbound near Safety Bay Road about 9.30pm on Sunday, June 14.
The crash caused the Mazda to spin and hit the central barrier.
The 43-year-old female driver of the Honda was not injured while the 56-year-old female driver of the Mazda was treated at the scene by paramedics for minor injuries.
A 90-year-old woman who was a passenger in the Mazda was taken to Rockingham Hospital for assessment of her injuries.
