Around 1000 cyclists are set to flood Mandurah on Saturday for the biggest charity bike ride in WA.
The Ride to Conquer Cancer is a two-day event, raising money for cancer research at WA's Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research.
Cyclists left Victoria Park at 7am and are riding south along the Kwinana Freeway, with first cyclists expected to arrive in Mandurah by 10.30am.
Drivers have been advised to expect delays in town with majority of riders arriving between 11am and 3pm
Riders will arrive via Gordon Road, travel along Anstruther Road and turn onto Pinjarra Road, they will ride over the Mandurah Bridge and turn right into Hall Park.
Cyclists will then head back to Perth on Sunday morning, with more delays expected for drivers as they travel down Mandurah Road, through Secret Harbour, Port Kennedy, Warnbro and Rockingham.
