A Brazilian man has been charged with allegedly travelling at more than 70km/h over the speed limit in Mandurah.
The performer, who is in Mandurah for the next two weeks as part of a circus, was clocked allegedly travelling at 144km/h in a 70km/h speed zone on Mandurah Road last week.
The 30-year-old motorcyclist has been charged with reckless driving and will appear in the Mandurah Magistrates Court later this month.
