In accordance with the latest restrictions from the Australian Government and State Government all City of Rockingham leisure and community facilities and libraries closed at 12pm, Monday 23 March 2020 until further notice.
Closures are now in place at: Aqua Jetty, Aquatic Centre, Mike Barnett Sports Complex, Warnbro Community Recreation Centre, all Rockingham community centres including the Autumn Centre, Rockingham Arts Centre and all City of Rockingham libraries.
Mayor Barry Sammels said “The health and safety of our members, the broader community, and our staff, is our number one priority.”
“We have suspended all applicable membership payments at our facilities indefinitely, and we will provide additional information as necessary.”
“I thank everyone for their understanding during this difficult time. As inconvenient as it is, social distancing is part of our new reality and a vitally important way to ensure we stay safe, and stay well.”
