A Dawesville man has been charged with threatening to kill and unlawful damage over an incident at a home in Perth's north.
Police allege the accused man went to a home on Centaurus Road in Bennett Springs around 1pm on Friday, April 15 and got into a verbal altercation with the occupant.
A short time later he allegedly threw two bricks towards the home.
One landed on the driveway and the other struck a car parked in the driveway causing damage to the rear bumper.
The 37-year-old Dawesville man will appear before the Midland Magistrates Court today.
The Bennett Springs home is the same property where an alleged drive-by shooting took place on Thursday, July 28.
The accused gunman, a 32-year-old man from Westminster, has been charged over the incident.
