The Dome in Rockingham has reopened three days after a woman allegedly stumbled into the cafe with a stab wound to her throat.
Jacqueline Lynn Francis, 50, a mental health worker for community mental health service Neami National, went to visit a client at a unit on Kent Street on Saturday night when she was allegedly stabbed in the neck.
The mother-of-three managed to drive herself 500m up the road to the Dome where she tried to seek help.
She was then rushed to Fiona Stanley Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Shannon Scott Westerman Smith, 37, faced Rockingham Magistrate’s Court on Monday, charged with one count of murder.
He was remanded to Graylands Hospital and will appear in Stirling Gardens Magistrate’s Court on Monday.
