A driver has died in a horrific crash in Baldivis.
It happened on Mandurah Road just north of the Safety Bay Road roundabout around 5.30am on Wednesday.
Police say two cars collided.
A second driver was taken to Rockingham Hospital with minor injuries.
Mandurah Road remains closed between Fifty Road and Safety Bay Road.
