A man in his 70's has been airlifted to hospital after being hit by a car this morning.
He was hit by a car near the intersection of Murray River Drive and Tathum Road.
The incident occurred just before 7am.
St John Ambulance and police attended the scene, and the RAC rescue helicopter was deployed.
The man was flown to hospital with serious leg injuries.
